I'm glad they showed high school Miri. Especially after the whole "delinquent phase" Kazuki was worried about lol.
LMAOOO FRFR
Miri had a glow up fr! Her and her papas as well! Loved the ending sm!! Taking family selfies and pictures was the highlight of this episode. SO WHOLESOME!! Gonna miss it fr…
Appearances might have changed but their personalities still remain the same, pure and wholesome <3. I'm already missing this show.
Same same T^T
Man it just makes me sad the fact her mother couldn't see it T~T
Definitely not chubby if you're talking about body type-wise. I think her face shape could just be genetic, or maybe the writers wanted to keep her rounded chin so she's still a bit recognizable and not just a full-on grown up version of herself
but the evil daughter was slim too.
I hope you never have children... Where the hell did you see a chubby girl? She's on the skinny side....
Same to you friend. People like us would suck as parents.^^
She's not chubby, she's just thicc in the right places XD
yes basically another Uraraka.
Shhh, Kazuki and Rei feed her good food. Likely well balanced meals a majority of the time too if you remember Kazuki's criticism of Rei's junk food habits. Also, Miri has the typical average anime girl body. Like someone else said, it's the round face shape that makes her look "heavier." We literally had wide shots of her full body though and she's clearly skinny.
you're talking about a child in high school by the way, you weirdo. shes not chubby at all
Not really, she looks just fine, she may have gotten some curves though.
AYO? *caught in 4k*
ew look at you incorrectly describing the body of a TEENAGER like a creep,,, major L
I actually thought his dad or the organization need to go, but this is really unexpected. I guess blood is thicker than water, Rei's dad will clean up after his son's mess and probably will protect him behind the scene. Love the ending.
It's kinda hard to expect a dude to kill his own father, especially after gaining as much empathy as Rei did over the course of the series. Rei's goal from the beginning was mearely to talk it out. Disabling his own arm, effectively, made him useless to an organization of hitmen. And his father wasn't the only leader of this shadowy organization, killing him anyways wouldn't have prevented them from hunting them down. In fact, I'd argue that it would galvenize a manhunt for Rei and his new family...
The whole point of that whole scene was not to show that "Blood is thicker than water." That phrase, in the first place, is incomplete. The actual phrase is "The blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb." Which is actually the opposite meaning of the phrase that gets commonly tossed around. It means that the bonds you choose to form are stronger than that of your family. The fact that Rei was willing to cripple himself in order to unshackle himself from his role as heir to his father's legacy kinda proved that...
It's effectively because his dad let him go, if he wanted to, he can easily destroy Rei's family just like what happened to Rei's teacher. Imagine if his teacher did the same thing as Rei did, disabling his arm, and you think he will let him go? You just made it seems easy.
And, "blood is thicker than water," i used this phrase to represented Rei's dad not Rei himself, so don't misunderstood and change the meaning of my phrase.
Ikr that time skip ended the series of in an incredible way ,but now I want OVA‘s of some bits in the timeskip.
Yes same!! Hope we do get some OVAs
Little girl grew to be thicc, And ofc she is an adult so no lolicon stuff.
And she kinda reminds me of childhood cartoon, Dora.
“Can you see my papas? Where are they?”
She just started highschool so she's 14. How is that an adult?
If you're gonna weirdly sexualize kids at least be honest about it.
bro that is literally a minor
Wtf
Is it weird that I read that in Dora The Explorer's voice?
That bag throw straight on Kazuki's face was personal
It was funny as hell
i'm sad it's finished, gonna miss it so much😭
Don't be sad because it's over. Be happy because it happened. 😭😭😭
I still wanted to know what happened when Miri found out her momma died
i don't get how they managed to stay alive 10 years after that xD
They no longer had to worry about the organization afterward, but honestly I am curious how they even had the money to start a cafe in the first place lmao. Must've had some heavy support from Kyu-chan the whole time if they completely quit that business
MC took the money that he's been trying to send to the sister of his wife. Pretty sure Rei is also stacked with money, with that much, they could start with some small business.
Probably with the money Kazuki has tried to send to his sister in law for years, no?
I feel ya Y-Y
the Dark Souls boss music started playing when Ogino entered the scene
His death was satisfying
That caught me off guard the way that knife penetrated atw to the front lmao.
The moment he got stabbed then knocked back. I knew it was coming
I also found it so poetic how he was grasping for his book since he was all about writing down the last words of someone dying, since his throat was stabbed he wasnt able to speak so he at least wanted to write it down but the fire made him fully unable to utter last words in any way.
I love that part too, it's like saying "You don't have the right to leave your last word after killing so many innocent people and their families". I call that karma
That was really a nice touch
Same :D
And it made me probably a bit happier than it should have... But I couldn't help my brain from going "aww yiss! That's gonna go straight trough ;D" 😶
Went out in a blaze of glory shame. He'll be collecting last words in the afterlife now.
Yeah, for a guy so obsessed with last words, his were very meaningless lol
i was so satisfied when he didn't get the chance to write his final words, he deserves to see his book of last words burn infront of him and him after, he deserved it so much
Nice ending..this was pretty enjoyable series and even though it was compared to sxf initially it managed to stay bit unique to it's plot!! I'm really glad that everything resolved to a happy end.
and the timeskip!!🤩
